Mount Cordeaux & Bare Rock Hike – Terms & Conditions 

1. Minimum Numbers 

- This event requires a minimum of 4 confirmed participants to proceed. 

- If minimum numbers are not met, you will be notified, and a full refund or credit for a future event will be offered. 

2. Booking & Payment 

- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. 

- Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by Courageous Concepts Adventures. 

3. Cancellation Policy 

- Participant Cancellation: 

  - Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event will receive a full refund. 

  - Cancellations within 7 days of the event are non-refundable. 

- Event Cancellation: 

  - If the event is canceled by Courageous Concepts Adventures (due to weather, safety concerns, or minimum numbers not met), you will receive a full refund or credit. 

4. Safety & Responsibility 

- All participants must follow the instructions of the walk leader at all times. 

- Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate clothing, footwear, and personal items as listed in the event details. 

- Courageous Concepts Adventures is not liable for personal belongings lost or damaged during the event. 

5. Health & Fitness 

- This hike is beginner-friendly but requires a reasonable level of fitness. 

- Participants should disclose any medical conditions prior to the event. 

- If you are unsure about your ability to participate, please consult your doctor before booking. 

6. Weather Conditions 

- The event will proceed in most weather conditions, except where safety is compromised. 

- In the case of severe weather, the event may be rescheduled or canceled with a full refund or credit. 

7. Transport & Lunch 

- Transport to and from the meeting point and lunch venue is your responsibility. 

- Lunch at Yamanto Tavern is at your own cost. 

8. Media Release 

- By attending, you consent to photos/videos being taken for promotional purposes unless you notify us otherwise.
